Many of you have been sending over questions about pregnancy and motherhood, so I thought I'd dedicate a solo episode to a candid chat about my journey thus far.
Pregnancy has (not so gently) pushed me to surrender any routine or timeline I have previously held myself to. I've done a complete U-turn on my eating and exercise habits and giving myself permission to really listen to my body.
Hopefully, this episode will help any of you out there (wherever you are on your motherhood journey) to take a pause and relish this present moment for the beautiful lessons you can integrate into your life.
